How To Make A Furnace In Minecraft PC
To make a Furnace, you will require eight blocks of cobblestone. We will look at how to get those in a while. Aside from that, you will also need a crafting table. We have a tutorial for that here if you want to check it out.
Now, a cobblestone is one of the most common blocks in Minecraft which can be found almost everywhere. It is a grey colored block you can find in dungeons, strongholds, villages and jungle temples. Try mining it with your pickaxe. You will need 8 blocks of cobblestone for this particular job.

Once you mine enough cobblestone, go back to your crafting table and let’s assemble everything. Once you open the crafting GUI, place the cobblestones on every block except the middle block on the middle row, like in the image above.
Congratulations, you have made a furnace. To use a furnace, place it anywhere from your inventory and right click it just like you would with a crafting table. On the top block, you will place your meat or metal and at the bottom, you will place the fuel source. The fuel source can be anything from wooden objects and tools to coal, lava and charcoal.
